Re: AW139 , Primus Epic FMS -"0"

"Next, did you do all these steps from Carlos PDF ? " No. Inside the ZIP folder I seen the AW139 v2.1 PDF. On page 8 I read: After extracting the zip file, open the 'readme' file for your P3D version and follow the instructions. So, that is what I did for a quick install to get rid of the ...

Re: AW139 , Primus Epic FMS -"0"

Hello limumeng, All ok here with my P3D4.5 HF3 quick download of the Helicopter, install and test. I think you may have installed into the wrong Paths for your setup. The PDF install guide uses default paths which is ok if you have installed P3D as shown. My P3D paths / folders / contents for exampl...

Re: P3D uninstalls itself after download/Doesn't load

Hey! My graphics card does indeed have 2GB of VRAM, does that mean the game will simply not even launch? or will it just work but badly, i can go with bad performance, i cannot refund the game as it's been more than a month so my only option would be to buy a new graphics card i imagine :( Good day...

Re: P3D uninstalls itself after download/Doesn't load

Hello SamLePilote, You previously mentioned : “I run Windows 10, wich handles msfs2020 well enough that i think prepar3D V5 academic shouldn't be an issue” MSFS2020 needs a graphics card with 2GB video memory so you have no problem there. However, P3D5 needs 4GB video memory. The P3D refund policy i...

Re: no click spots in virtual cockpit p3d v6

Hi hermes82, "I long since learned that the mouse cursor changes to a hand icon when over a clickable switch or mfd function" You did not mention that in any post .... so your mouse was an Arrow , not a Hand, when reporting the problem, correct? You mentioned you had already installed P3D ...

Re: no click spots in virtual cockpit p3d v6

Note P3D6:
With Mipmap vc panels unchecked the mouse pointer is the normal (e.g. arrow) in the P3D F-35 Panoramic panel.
With Mipmap vc panels checked the mouse pointer changes to the Hand with its Finger pointing to the item in the F-35 Panoramic panel.

Re: no click spots in virtual cockpit p3d v6

I agree and I confirmed that by my follow up post to Sabre57. “Hi Sabre57, Great, that is the problem. On a default install, which the OP did several times, it should be On.” The Op's first post mentioned: "I have searched on the forum as well as the internet and can't find an answer to my issu...

Re: no click spots in virtual cockpit p3d v6

When you first install P3D it is checked.

Unchecking it caused your problem.

A full Uninstall and Install of P3D6 as previously suggested / previous post should have corrected your problem.

Sabre57 wrote: Tue May 07, 2024 10:23 pm Do you happen to have "mipmap vc panels" unchecked? If so, check the box and see if it behaves differently.
Hi Sabre57,
Great, that is the problem.

On a default install, which the OP did several times, it should be On.

Re: no click spots in virtual cockpit p3d v6

Hi, I added some information late in my last post: Edit: I assume your mouse works everywhere else, correct? Have you tried Keys e.g. Z for A/P On/Off (a tone should confirm the Off state) Ctrl F for FD On/Off And possibly other keys? Just to verify .... The two fsx aircraft iris f14 and the iris f1...

Re: no click spots in virtual cockpit p3d v6

Thanks for the follow up. Couple notes: I purchased IndiaFoxEcho F-35 package and VRS Tac Pack long ago. Been using them for years in P3D4 and P3D5. I have also Uninstalled / Installed P3D6 for testing many times so I know there are no problems there. Been testing the default F-35 in P3D6 since it c...

Re: no click spots in virtual cockpit p3d v6

Ok, Confirmed the default F-35 is not working on your P3D6 setup. You could get a refund if P3D6 was recently installed: P3D Refund Policy: https://www.prepar3d.com/support/refundpolicy/ Since you are the only one reporting the problem I would suspect a bad P3D install. You could do a full Uninstall...

My screenshot shows a lot more information than just GPU VRAM utilization .

That is why I asked you to do the same screenshot from your setup.

Re: no click spots in virtual cockpit p3d v6

You now mention:
" I have the indiafoxtecho f35"

You did not mention that in your first post.

My screenshot is the F-35 in P3D6 and it works properly.

Does the P3D6 (default) F-35 autopilot Options come up on the panoramic display?
