Everything you see in a default airport, such as taxi signs, wind socks etc., are generic models accessible to you depending on what you are using to create an airport. I recommend you refer to the Learning Center > SDK > World > Scenery > Facility Data.

Did you look a the P3D Addon list?
Did you select that location and load an aircraft there and was it a default airport or does it appear as you expect for the addon?
