This can be a lot of things. I'd recommend to delete generated files and check if the problem goes away. ORBX installs sceneries pretty much automatic, so it's easy to just run Central and let it do it's job. Maybe also deleting shader cache will help.

Delete your shader cache and restart the sim (Delete the files in your C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5\Shaders folder)
