Hi John

Just joined the forum.

Nice to see a lot of friendly faces i know from FS :D

thinking about a dev subscription. (can't really afford it) :(

just want to know a few things first ;)

Can Pp3d be installed totally independantly of FSX

same for the Pp3d sdk ?

I really don't want all my current FSX work & install messed up as i have literally years of work in there.

Apart from Bathemetrics what else is changed over FSX ?

Regards

Hi Rick,

Thanks for joining the forum! P3D and the P3D SDK can be installed separately on the same system without issue. Please go to the Prepar3D product page on this site to see a few of the changes that have been made from the original ESP baseline in addition to Bathymetry. (Note that ESP was slightly different to FSX, but it is essentially the same core.)

Regards,

John
