P3DV4.5 CTD unknown

Hello guys,

No idea and not an expert on determinating what this codes mean but just got 2 CTD's in between 2 hours from my p3dv4.5, only addons I use to fly is active sky and navigraph, any ideas what this can be? happened while flying the PMDG NGXu and also a GA airplane, weird because that aircraft is not study level or anything close to that? please help, see error codes below

Did you recently update your PC? I had CTD too a few times until I rebooted twice.

The underlying cause of a CTD is not fixed by a reboot, although rebooting to clean the RAM up before running the sim is generally a good idea.

We need to see what is in the Event Viewer to see what is going on, and it can be two different causes in two different systems.

Yes did the windows update few days ago, removed the old cfg, shaders folder, removed any shader stuff, PTA, tomato, etc. and same CTD after so no idea whats going on, events viewer says error unknown, very frustrating.

It does not show the failing module.... which it should.

How are you getting your error information?
Are you using a component of the Win10 Event Viewer?

Well, Vaughan, I hope you're OK with me posting the link on how you find the error information, since I cannot do it better myself.

But it seems that Efrain did not read it, at least I do not see the failing module....
