Back-to-Back fires

Good day,

We are successfully able to set an engine on fire, then extinguish it using EventID 66708 to discharge the fire bottles. Problem is, we can no longer set the engine on fire without resetting the scenario. In our sim, we may do multiple fires back to back for practice, and resetting causes a lot of issues (i.e. mismatches between physical switches and simulator, repositioning to cold/dark at parking, etc).

Is there a way to set an engine fire, extinguish it, then be able to start another one?
