I just looked at my earlier post. I was the one who forgot the decimal point. You can also reduce the parasitic drag, but parasitic drag gets much worse as airspeed goes up so would not be much of a problem taking off. You can also increase engine efficiency. The more changes you make the further you can get away from actual flight performance. Be sure you keep a copy of the original config file in case you want to go back to the original.
