Unable to login/download

I got a error message stating that " spam prevention filter failed to validate your selections" whey I was trying to login/in using license ID and passcode and i believe i have typed in the right login/passwd.

so failed to download p3d.

Hello,

Did you try copy/pasting the License ID and License Password from the e-mail into the fields?

Just tried to reset my cumstomer passwd ( it was successful) but still cant login - error info stating " spam prevention failed to validate your selections)

Hello seal0625

Here are some additional steps you can try

1) Clear the Internet Cache from possibly causing you these Issues, Click Here for Instructions

2) Flush the windows DSN Caches (Domain Name System) Its possible the DSN caches has become polluted.
This process is quick and easy to complete, Follow the steps in the link provided for Windows 7, 8 and 10 Click Here

3) You can try disabling the Windows firewall or disabling your antivirus software before attempting to log in again

4) Try using a different Internet Browser to access the Download page, Maybe try Internet Explorer, Firefox or Google

Unfortunately neither do I.
I followed all the above solutions but still get the same error:
"Spam prevention filter failed to validate your selections."

Yes they are all latest version - microsoft edge / IE / Chrome.

I received an E-mail from licensing@prepar3d.com.
It said "Please make a post on our support forums. It appears you may have an issue with the captcha when signing into the Purchased Downloads page. If you post on our forums, a member of our technical team will assist you with this issue as soon as possible."
What should I do next?
Now, I still can not download the game. I hope I can play the game before PREPAR3D 5.0 is published...
